A collection of my favourite recipes
These recipes will largely follow a paleo diet and will mainly be vegan or pescatarian. There are plenty of sources on the web for delicious recipes which don't fall under these categories, so I thought I would tackle these difficult ones. They will always be made in the most economical way possible and will be designed to be made in 'bulk', for efficient weekly meal prep for the busy fitness fanatic, or to feed a large family with leftovers!

A collection of my favourite restaurants
My wife and I love to eat out and we especially love a bargain. Generally, we look for restaurants which are delicious (obviously!), feature good vegetable dishes (not just crappy, leafy side-salads!), will satiate our ferocious appetites (ok, MY ferocious appetite!) and will allow us to enjoy a few drinks/a bottle of wine, all for around 5000yen per person, or less.

KID'S CORNER
Recipes for kids to make
These recipes have been specifically designed to be quick, easy and fun to create for children. The focus is on using wholesome, nutritious, real ingredients and exposing children to a wide variety of these, in ways they may not expect. Having children invested in creating what they eat is a powerful tool in getting them to try and enjoy foods which they may otherwise have been resistant to. These recipes have all been kid tested and are 'yummy certified'!
