Here I will share workouts which can be done with minimal equipment at your home / local park. I assume a good level of understanding of functional movements and a commitment to maintaining good form above all else, from participants. The workouts will be scaled for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced athletes.

Gamified workouts for kids
Here I will share workouts for kids which can be done with minimal equipment but should be done in a large space, such as your local park. These are game based workouts and require a level of enthusiasm from the adult administering, who should also have a good understanding of functional movements and a commitment to maintaining good form above all else. Most of these workouts are better with multiple participants, so grab some friends!
